Control Corrective Return Policy?
The return policy of Control Corrective is as follows:
- Returns and exchanges are possible if the product is damaged, defective, or if the incorrect product was received.
- Customers must notify a Customer Service Representative within five business days of receiving damaged or incorrect products.
- All returns must be approved in advance by a Control Corrective customer service representative.
- Upon approval, customers will receive a digital shipping label and a summary of the RMA transaction.
- The product being returned must be sealed and in its original packaging.
- A refund or replacement product will be issued once the returned product has been received.
- If a product is returned due to dissatisfaction, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
